Equipment Warranties

All equipment sold by Tawasul AV comes with Tawasul Audio Visual onsite warranty and support that we fully support and honor. We also provide additional warranty services to ensure your investment is protected.

Standard Manufacturer Warranties

One year warranty for all.

Installation Warranties

In addition to manufacturer warranties, we provide our own warranty on installation workmanship and services.

Tawasul AV Installation Warranty

  • Labor Warranty: 12 months on all installation work
  • System Integration: 12 months on custom configurations
  • Cable Installation: 12 months on all cable runs and connections
  • Programming: 90 days on custom programming and setup

Warranty Claims Process

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Support: Call or email our support team
  2. Provide Information: Product serial number, purchase date, and issue description
  3. Troubleshooting: Work with our technicians to diagnose the problem
  4. Authorization: Receive repair/replacement authorization if needed
  5. Resolution: Repair, replacement, or on-site service as appropriate

  • Standard Warranty: 3-5 business days
