Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Delivery Charges

Standard Rates

  • Dubai Metro Area: Free delivery on orders over AED 5,000
  • Other Major Cities: Free delivery on orders over AED 10,000
  • Remote Locations: Charges calculated based on distance and logistics

Installation Services

Installation service charges are quoted separately and include:

  • Transportation of equipment and personnel
  • Professional installation and setup
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Basic user training

Delivery Requirements

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery and installation, customers must provide:

  • Clear access to delivery location
  • Adequate electrical power as specified
  • Network infrastructure for connected devices
  • Appropriate mounting surfaces for wall-mounted equipment
  • Safe working environment for installation team

Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require signature confirmation. For installation projects, completion is confirmed through:

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for immediate replacement or repair at no additional cost.

For installation projects, any issues must be reported before final acceptance and sign-off.

Delays and Changes

While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We will notify customers immediately of any delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

International Shipping
